Looking at the JMX Console it looks as if the JMSProvider is there, its status is also started.

MBean Name:  	Domain Name:  	jboss.messaging
  | 	service: 	JMSProviderLoader
  | 	name: 	HAJNDIJMSProvider
  | MBean Java Class:	org.jboss.jms.jndi.JMSProviderLoader
  | 
  | StateString  	java.lang.String  	R  	 Started  	MBean Attribute.
