I noticed that you are running the 'all' configuration. Try running 'default' instead and see if it works there.  If it does, try the 'all' configuration again but run it as:

run -c all -b 0.0.0.0

In another post there were curious eexceptions when running 'all' without the "-b 0.0.0.0" option.
