[jboss-user] [JBoss Portal] - Drag and Drop Functionalities

Jboss server 4.2.2GA
Jboss portlet 2.7.0

I have created one portal this portal contains five portlets.

How to change the position for portlets using Drag and Drop functionalities. I think in dashboard only Drag and drop functionality is working . How can I set the dasboard as default.
