We are using jboss 4.2.2
OS Ubuntu v9.10
Java version 1.6.0_17 x64
Using "strace" to get the error message

starting jboss with arguments:
-Dfile.encoding=ISO-8859-1 -Xms1024m -Xmx2048m -XX:MaxPermSize=256m
