Looks like you are using JDK 1.5.0_05. Try using a more recent JDK - 1.5.0_16 or _17

It also looks like you are using the server JVM, try using the client one (add "-client" to the java options)

If none of those help: This is a JVM crash - you need to submit this to Sun for them to fix. The JVM should not crash under any circumstances. Of course, the first thing they will do is ask you to reproduce the problem on the latest version of the JVM...
