What Tom forgot to mention is to *also* search the jira: https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBPM

And if possible, it is even better to not post the separate api snippet used and the processdefinition, but post a unit test with everything embedded, like in this post. That can be easily run by us/other and saves us lots of time. It can even be included in jBPM if relevant.

Thirdly, always try to reproduce with the latest version of jBPM within the major release. Meaning if you use 3.2.3, try 3.2.6SP1 (not 4 ;-))
