Snjezana,

I've tested latest version on the sample project which contains EJB, JAR, EAR and container.
There are some issues discovered.
I've created JIRA https://jira.jboss.org/jira/secure/ManageAttachments.jspa?id=12390566 where all steps are described and zip with maven projects is attached.
Could you take a look please?
