Those errors are just keybinding conflicts, you can prolly fix them in Window > Preferences > General > Keys.

The bigger problem - missing the Seam perspective - ... not sure. I just installed JBT from the development/ site on top of the Eclipse 3.4.2 base platform, and it works great.

This may be a Windows problem, as I'm using Linux here. What JVM are you using? You need 5.0+.
