There is no org.jbosside.eclipse.firstrun in JBoss Tools 3 so not sure why you are getting that error.

Are you upgrading from JBT 2 ? If yes, then that won't work since you are then running on Eclipse 3.3.x which is not enough for JBT 3 - for that you need Eclipse 3.4.2
