Your project is web project so ui:composition must work without any  additional actions.

I think seam plugin is not required. 

But you have "org.jboss.tools.vpe.xulrunner.XulRunnerException: Bundle org.mozilla.xulrunner.win32.win32.x86_64 is
 not found" error. Do you have org.mozilla.xulrunner.win32.win32.x86_64 plugin?
