[jboss-user] [JBoss Tools (users)] - cannot edit jboss launch configurations

i know there as a post here and even a jira, but i've downloaded eclispe 3.4.2 and jboss tools 3.0 and i still can't see it.

what's more, actually launching jboss from eclipse, drinks 100% cpu from my pc so i can't even do that! (didn't happen on eclipse 3.3.2)
