Ideas from Newbie(me):
1.create two different folders under server, each for one instance, copy all the subdirectory and files in server\default to your folders respectively.
2.configure the bind service in jboss-service.xml
e.g. one instance use port-01, the other use port-02, then you can separate the ports of two instance
3. deploy your application and run...
