Ok. I ran the non-clustered examples and they are working.  I still get the same error : java.lang.ClassCastException: org.jboss.jms.client.JBossConnectionFactory cannot be cast to javax.jms.QueueConnectionFactory

Any ideas? Is there something different I need to do since this is connecting via my webapp?
