Have you installed webtools? The org.eclipse.jst.j2ee.web plugin seems to be missed.
It would be good if you would install Galileo SR1 from http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/technology/epp/downloads/release/galileo/SR1/eclipse-jee-galileo-SR1-win32.zip and update all the features of JBoss Tools except BIRT, Maven, TPTP that are optional and require additional third-party prerequisites (BIRT, m2eclipse and TPTP).
