[jboss-user] [jBPM Users] - java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space how can i fix it?

i'm use jbpm 3.3.1. when i open gwt-console this error will happen on my Server 

java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space

something about birt report
