Well,
they are EJB3 entities. I guest they have most in common with HJPA/Hibernate entities but I try not to code anything outside EJB3 specifications, so I never deal with Hibernate in my code, even though I know it is there taking care of EJB3 persistence.

May I ask if dealing with Hibernate specifically can solve my problem?
