shoot, my tabs got ripped out..here is the dir structure again


  | project
  | ---input
  | ------javasrc - src code
  | ------libinclude - jar files that go in WEB-INF/lib when bundling war
  | ------libexclude - jar files needed for compile but don't go in war
  | ------webroot - contains all the xhtml files
  | ---------WEB-INF - contains seam descriptors
  | ---output - a bunch of generated directories
