Bonnie, i'd like to thank you for your post, i implemented jaas security without problems ( http://community.jboss.org/docs/DOC-13533 http://community.jboss.org/docs/DOC-13533) but when i try to use WS-Security using  @EndpointConfig(configName = "Standard WSSecurity Endpoint")  in server side etcetc etc , just what you did in your post i received a +java.lang.ClassCastException: $Proxy24+ console message, what does it means????
