I'm a litle bit confused... 3.0.1CR1 is JBoss Developer Studio I guess? Not JBoss Tools?
Can you describe steps to reproduce the issue for sure? Or you just see this failure from time to time?
I tried to reproduce it in the latest build of JBT but without success...
BTW I created https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBIDE-5789 to change the icon.
