It's reading from a URL that's meant to be a source of randomness (e.g. /dev/random or /dev/urandom). Presumably so it can create a name for a temp file.
 
In boot.log there is a dump at the beginning of all the system property values available at the time: is there anything for
 
* java.security.egd
* securerandom.source
 
If so, that tells you the URL it's reading from.
