I have not worked with jBPM before, but the spring deployer may help. Try looking at http://community.jboss.org/wiki/JBossSpringIntegration http://community.jboss.org/wiki/JBossSpringIntegration followed by http://community.jboss.org/wiki/AnexperiencewithIntegratingSpringandJboss http://community.jboss.org/wiki/AnexperiencewithIntegratingSpringandJboss. You may need to define your spring beans in a separate configuration though, or have a global spring context.
