- i advice to verify if the data base (hsql) is in turn on mode 
- then start your server application jboss 5.* from run.bat existed in ${jboss.home}/bin 
AND verify if you have some errors listed in the command console . if you have, you ought to find the solution of this problem to have a perfect execution for jwt console.
