First of all,thanks for read my problem.I will descript my problem as following.
1.as the jbpm's installation guide descript ,I do "ant  install.demo" successfully....but I can't do "ant start.demo" successfully,I take the  problem's screenshot is this:  http://community.jboss.org/servlet/JiveServlet/downloadImage/2-618556-16810/450-200/start.jpg  (http://community.jboss.org/servlet/JiveServlet/showImage/2-618556-16810/start.jpg),the build.xml as follow:
