To reproduce it
open eclipse
draw start, end and a task in the diagram and upload it
verify you can view the process in guvnor
click the diagram and select the "variable" property
create a Object variable, in the ClassName, type java.util.HashMap
reupload the diagram
Now guvnor cannot open the diagram
