Obviously, this is not supposed to happen. This blog is not the best place to discuss issues, so
please open a bug report to  https://issues.sonatype.org/browse/MECLIPSEWTP https://issues.sonatype.org/browse/MECLIPSEWTP with a sample project and steps to reproduce the problem. Put as much informations on you environment as possible (eclipse version, server used,, plugins installed (JBoss Tools/STS/Oracle stuff ...)
