Make sure you deployed both datasource descriptor that comes with SP correctly.

Also if you have more issues, I would advise you to use the customer portal for such requests:
 https://access.redhat.com/home https://www.redhat.com/wapps/sso/login.html?redirect=https://access.redhat.com/support/cases/new
