I think that it's crystal clear:
h4. jBPM Engine
The project is using the  http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0 Apache Software License (ASL), version 2.0.
Previous versions of jBPM (up to jBPM 4.x) were using  http://www.opensource.org/licenses/lgpl-2.1.php LGPL license.

Meaning that until 4.x was LGPL, and now in version 5 is ASL.
