There is a "stable" release for the Jboss tools that was just released at  https://www.jboss.org/tools/download/stable/3_2_GA.html https://www.jboss.org/tools/download/stable/3_2_GA.html.

Also, make sure you have JRE6 installed, or the Jboss Tools Runtime Detection won't work, ...
