If you start from a fresh installation of the installer, and you run the jbpm-console, does the evaluation process pop up in the console?

If you added additional processes in that folder and they no longer show up, there might be issues trying to compile the processes.  Could you check the server.log (in jbpm-installer/jboss-x/server/default/log) to see if there are any errors in there?
