Is there any test example which shows human task escalation flow. I have a requirement where a task needs to be escalated from worker to manager if task is not completed by worker within specified time. is this part of jBPM flow or human task service (WSHumantask service).

there are few task nodes in jBPM which contains timer property, but when i try to assign values to timer property nothing is getting saved in .bpmn file. it get stored in file with .rf extension. how these timer property works. if we assign timer to human task will it close the human task after assigned timer elapse.

Can someone provide further information on this.

Thanks,
