Thanks, Andre, but I am still having the same issue.  Still says there is a missing dependency.

Is it possible that it only works with specific versions of the GWT Plugin?  The most recent version is 2.1.1; does it require a lesser version?  I know that newer versions of GWT are breaking lots of existing modules.
