Thanks peter for your helpful answer,

I am using JBOSS 4.0.5 GA.
I opened wsconsume.bat and changed the JBOSS_HOME to my JBoss-4.0.5 GA directory and now the wsconsume script is running as expected. 
The problem is in the JBOSS_HOME. Is there anyother better way to fix this?
