The jBPM5 web-based process designer (  http://docs.jboss.org/jbpm/v5.1/userguide/ch01.html#d0e161 http://docs.jboss.org/jbpm/v5.1/userguide/ch01.html#d0e161 ) is  integrated inside Guvnor. So you can create your rules, and processes in Guvnor, and execute them in the console.
