Not sure where you are getting that updatesite from - the blog and all download pages refer (or at least should refer) to  http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/stable/helios/ http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/stable/helios/ 


If you use that then the various sites should be contacted for additional dependencies.

About using it in MyEclipse 9 then there might be problems since they bundle some custom fork of JBoss Tools thus I can't guarantee you that it will work smoothly from within MyEclipse.

If your intent is to evaluate Seam and JBoss AS you should be able to install just JBoss AS, Seam and Richfaces feature.
