run your Jboss AS 7 server first. i.e. C:\Jboss AS 7\jboss-as-web-7.0.2.Final\bin\standalone.bat (for windows). When server starts only above links will works. 
Now type  http://localhost:8080/guvnor-5.3.0.Final-jboss-as-7.0 http://localhost:8080/guvnor-5.3.0.Final-jboss-as-7.0. .
