can i use Guvnor REST interface?

for instance:

 http://localhost:8080/drools-guvnor/org.drools.guvnor.Guvnor/action/compile?package-name=defaultPackage http://localhost:8080/drools-guvnor/org.drools.guvnor.Guvnor/action/compile?package-name=defaultPackage
