the stacktrace doesnt have traces of jboss tools in here just pure webtools validation code.

That doesn't mean its not something in jboss tools but it means that either something in your project/workspace is not consistent or we got some very weird bug  ;) 

Did you use these projects in a previous or future version of eclipse/jboss tools maybe ?
