Hi, 
I can see that the question is quite old, but anyway - is any possibility occured since 2006 to setup description for services based on @Management annotation? 
The only info I found about is is feature request  https://issues.jboss.org/browse/EJBTHREE-624 https://issues.jboss.org/browse/EJBTHREE-624 which is still marked as unresolved:-(
