Yes.. this question is related with Hibernate and Hibernate compatibility with different relational databases. jBPM5 uses hibernate through JPA an for this reason you should check the compatibility or recommendations to use Hibernate with a specific DB vendor. Depending on that you will need to do some tuning or override the default mappings to each different vendor.
