Where are your forms located? Consoel first looks at its classpath to find them and then queries Guvnor for them. You may not have Guvnor running on localhost (which is the default option in console to look for a running guvnor instance at). If Guvnor is not running on localhost:8080 follow the docs:  http://docs.jboss.org/jbpm/v5.3/userguide/ch.console.html#d0e4624 http://docs.jboss.org/jbpm/v5.3/userguide/ch.console.html#d0e4624 (Guvnor connectivity).
