Thanks for the reply , but I cannot see it has anything related to the solutions in your mentioned thread. 

Your  provided thread is about the errors due to the missing of persistence.xml in the gwt-console-server.war but my  problem is about this error message : "could not create Vfs.Dir from url. ignoring the exception and continuing: org.reflections.ReflectionsException: could not create Dir using" .
