Hi Souvik, as far as I know the wars you need are

designer+guvnor
     drools-guvnor.war
     designer.war

console front end
     jbpm-gwt-console.war

building forms
     jbpm-form-builder.war

process and task services
    jbpm-gwt-console-server.war
    jbpm-human-task-war.war

IMHO the best documentation right now for configuring, assembling and deploying is the ant script at the root of jbpm-5.3.0.Final-installer-full.zip.
