Ok, JBoss7 is different, the lib folder is not used as in versions before!

See  https://docs.jboss.org/author/display/AS71/Class+Loading+in+AS7 Classloading documentation.
You might add the weblogic libs as a module and set a dependency, or you pack it with the application.
