wow thats a lot of jars to add.

Can you confirm if the Task table is created? in MS SQL Server its dbo.Task I dont know what its name in MySQL

because in my case, at first it fails to create the Task table but it creates other tables like task_comment, PeopleAssignment_PotentialOwner, etc just fine.
