Looks like that the JMS system is not completely uo.
Please attach the logfiles complete and describe your environment.

What do you have deployed? Maybe you have a mistake in your configuration of 'queue/ProfileMDB'.
Maybe you will find the problem if you remove your deployments and check whether it starts.
