Thanks for your suggestion.  But I'd rather not use a deprecated API.  And, FYI, unexpectedly, when I try to GET...

 http://localhost:8080/guvnor/org.drools.guvnor.Guvnor/package/com.lombardrisk.dfaengine.ejb/snapshot/snap7/ra.xml http://localhost:8080/guvnor/org.drools.guvnor.Guvnor/package/${package}/snapshot/${snapshot}/${filename}

... I always get the entire package in binary form - no matter what I put as ${filename} in the URL (using Guvnor 5.3.1).  But this doesn't concern me.  I will use WebDAV.
