Hallo Ron,

very interesting this ephemeral ports document.
It could be a good help, because I have recognized, that on Windows 2008 server I have none problems with blocking.
In Windows 2003 server there is only a range of ca. 3000 ports for uses with client socket ports.
We want try to change this range.
