I just got the exact same problem, just by running the automatic update in my Eclipse Indigo installation. It said there was an update for JBoss tools (3.3.1 if I remember correctly). After restart I got the problems as outlined here.

I definitely did not install or set anything to Juno. Just an existing Indigo installation where I only ran Help -> Check For Updates.
