The link in "After this, use the same mechanism to install the forge tools from  http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/extras/forge-tools.zip this update archive. " points directly at a ZIP file, and does not work when I try to install it into Eclipse with "Help > Install New Software > Work With"

How is it supposed to be installed into Eclipse?
