Hi Florent,
My apps is "kind-of" working using SyncWSHumanTaskHandler. My only concern is the SyncWSHumanTaskHandler is deprecated.  https://community.jboss.org/servlet/JiveServlet/showImage/2-738904-18685/310520122239.jpg  https://community.jboss.org/servlet/JiveServlet/downloadImage/2-738904-18685/450-337/310520122239.jpg 
Just make sure you have all the boxes above ticked then you should have it working.
